The product is a climate-controlled mobile game room that comes to the address. It has 6 dedicated gaming stations. A game coach runs the room. Skirmish is 2 hours at $349 on a weekday and $399 Friday–Sunday. Mission is 3 hours at $449 / $499. Campaign is 4 hours at $549 / $599. Full days are 6 hours at $749 / $799 and 8 hours at $949 / $999. Yard games, a tournament pack, dog-tag favors, and a toddler zone are add-ons.
Where Killeen parties actually fit
Most driveway birthdays land in neighborhoods off W.S. Young, Trimmier, and Stan Schlueter. A cul-de-sac can look wide until the truck and the trailer are in a line. Plan on about 50–60 feet of level frontage, clear of low branches and basketball goals, until the measured length of this trailer replaces that range. Newer streets in south Killeen and Harker Heights can look wide and still be short once the truck and trailer are lined up.
Apartments along the US-190 corridor, and complexes near Killeen Mall, need a yes from the office before the trailer rolls in. A clubhouse reservation is not permission to park a trailer on their asphalt. Send the written okay with the booking.
Public parks and the grounds around the Killeen Civic and Conference Center follow City of Killeen rules. Reserve the park with the city, then reserve the trailer. We do not book pavilions for you, and we do not assume a splash-pad crowd leaves a level pad big enough for the rig.
Skylark Field, the Killeen–Fort Hood Regional Airport, is a useful pin when you are texting a cross street. It is not a setup site. Give a street address the tow vehicle can legally stop at.
The usual cities
Most bookings are a driveway in Killeen, Copperas Cove, Harker Heights, or Nolanville. Travel in those cities is free. They sit within about 30 miles of Killeen.
What families book here
A Saturday Skirmish or Mission is a straightforward backyard birthday. Campaign and the full days are the longer blocks. Weeknights use the Monday–Thursday price on those same packages. Copperas Cove, Harker Heights, and Nolanville stay free with Killeen. Fort Hood, Belton, Kempner, Temple, and other towns are by exception only. Those trips need approval ahead of time. Prices vary. A 4-hour minimum may be required.
What we will ask before we roll
- Is the surface level, paved or hard-packed, and free of fresh oil or soft grass?
- Can the truck pull straight out, or is this a blind reverse onto a busy street?
- Does an HOA limit generators, hours, or the number of cars a party can stack on the curb?
- Where should guests park so they do not box the trailer in?
The rig runs on its own 13.5 kW generator, not your outdoor outlet. The model and the decibel reading are not on the site yet, and HOAs will ask for both. The trailer is unwrapped. Magnets or a banner are fine. Heat is the reason the cabin exists. A July afternoon in Killeen is not a reason to cancel. Rain alone is not either. Lightning, ice, winds above 35 mph, or a National Weather Service warning means a free reschedule or a full credit.
The deposit on a Killeen booking is a flat $100. Cancel 14 or more days out and that deposit comes back. The quote adds 8.25% tax. The balance is due on the schedule in the policy, not as a surprise at the curb.

Neighboring fees live on the areas index. The consoles and stations already on the trailer are listed on The Rig. The measured parking length is still an open number there.
