Parking
The truck and trailer need a driveway or a side street where they can legally park for the booking, on level space. Confirm that spot before the date. If parking will not work, call or text and we will figure out another option.
Power
The trailer is self-powered with a 13.5 kW generator. No household outlet is needed.
Food and drinks
Food, drinks, and gum stay outside the trailer.
Ratings
The host sets the game-rating limit and tells us when booking. The on-site attendant follows that limit. A parent or guardian is responsible for minors.
Attendant and Wi-Fi
A game coach stays on site for the whole booking. Wi-Fi is available for online multiplayer.
Discounts
Active duty, veterans, first responders, and teachers: $25 off the package price, or off the Monday–Thursday hourly total, with an ID. Discounts do not stack.
Travel
Travel is free in Killeen, Copperas Cove, Harker Heights, and Nolanville. Outside that area, including Fort Hood, trips are by exception only. They have to be approved ahead of time. The trip is quoted by text. Prices vary. A minimum of 4 hours may be required. The town list is on the areas page.
Liability
Assumption of risk. Participation and use of the equipment are at the guest’s own risk. Lead the Way Logistics & IT LLC and Team Battle Ready are not liable for injury, property damage, or loss arising from the rental, except as required by law. A parent or guardian is responsible for minors. Guests follow the house rules and take care of the gear.
The gaming trailer is still under construction. Rental availability is limited until it is complete.
